I don't know, i guess just luck. i have one out back i planted and never even water and it is huge and had a ton of flowers this summer and a i have another one out front that i have watered everyday and put plant food and no flowers. OMG, i just thought you should have wrote "Mary ,Mary quite contrary, how does your garden grow?" haha!
mary i was going to ask the same freaking thing...about your hydragea...i heard the blue ones dont grow around here but the garden places dont tell you that as you shell out $80 for them. one of mine had 1 flower on it this year and the other was green leaves. annoying. do you have yours in shade? mine are in direct sun and they wilt too. it is sad to see them in hot weather.

How sweet! How do you get your hydrangea to grow? I've had the worst time with mine. Oh well...I kill everything green anyway! Ha ha!
