Brooke's Market Basket Walk
Brooke is so shy in front of people but as soon as she's home she comes out of her shell. This summer this was the "Kelsey Walk" but now it's the "Market Basket Walk". She is a little shit!

Bedrest
Colin broke his pelvis during a football game on Sunday. He is in a lot of pain but is in good spirits. The poor kid is on bedrest for weeks, maybe months. We'll find out more details on Friday after we see the sports medicine people.
I know I said I was bored being home with just Brooke in the afternoons and that I was looking for something to do. This isn't what I meant...

I don't think he thought his first set of wheels would be these ones.
A bunch of kids came by today after school to say hello and brought him a card and a new video game. A couple of his friends stayed and played and hung out.I think he's just happy to talk to someone besides me.
We're praying for a quick recovery. Hopefully he'll be back to school in a couple of weeks. He'll be rocking a wheel chair for school but, it's much safer than trying to do crutches.

When I wake up in the morning...I start and don't stop until bedtime.
I lost...Billy's keys in the garage months ago and I am still looking for them. Where the hell did they go?

Playdough
These are from last week but I had to get that picture of the pig out of here. The pork chops didn't sit so well in my stomach... I know I'm setting myself up for the wrath of Katie!

Autumn Pork Chops
I usually wouldn't normally post a recipe but Jody C. gave this to me and it sounds so good!
Autumn Pork Chops
4 pork chops 3 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
4 Tbsp. butter, divided 2 tsp. cinnamon
2 red apples, cored and halved
Arrange pork chops in a 13"x9" baking pan, spread one Tbsp. of butter on top of each pork chop. Lay one apple half cut -side down on each pork chop, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until pork chops centers are no longer pink.
